Havana
located downstairs in the main house and is furnished with a king size bed, elaborate antiques including a tapestry sofa, writing desk and armoire, 12 ft ceilings and hardwood floors. The window views look over the side porch at the pool.

Boca Grande
Mahogany furnishings with marble accents including a 4 post queen size bed create and elegant atmosphere complimented by hardwood floors, high ceilings, bay window, original fireplace, and French doors to a side porch. Located downstairs.

Veranda
Located upstairs and one of the most requested accommodations we offer. It is furnished with traditional oak antiques, king size bed with "picket fence" headboard, and two sets of French doors that open up onto a balcony overlooking historic Truman Avenue.

Cayo Hueso
This lovely upstairs room is decorated with simple pine antiques and a queen size bed. The bath is all tiled with a very large walk-in shower. Window view looks down over the tropical pool area and the upstairs side porch is accessible.

Heritage
located upstairs in the main house. Furnished with a queen size bed and pecan wood antiques from the art deco period. The windows overlook the pool and garden. A very large private bath with tub shower is detached and located just steps across the hall. May also access the upstairs porch.

Caribbean
Bright and tropical is the decor for this unit located on the lower level of the poolside cottage. Antique white wicker furnishings, tile floors, queen size bed and very large handicap accessible bathroom. The private front porch is screened from the pool deck by lush native gardens.

Marquesa
Located upstairs in the poolside cottage with fragrant frangipani and jasmine trees climbing over the private balcony. Furnished with a queen size bed, tropical decor, tile floors and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams; the Marquesa is very private and simply charming.

Casa Cabana
Our cozy cabana steps right off onto our pool deck, has a full size bed, Mexican tiled floors and tropical decor that just perfectly compliment this little bungalow.

Delaney House
This beautiful home was completely restored during the spring of 2001 and features 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, a living room with large screen TV/VCR, CD player, queen size sleeper sofa and comfortable seating. The baths are marble with either Jacuzzi tub or body spray shower. There is also a formal dining room and a gourmet kitchen with French doors that lead to huge backyard deck with barbeque grill. Built out of historic Dade county pine by ship's carpenters, the rich wood floors and walls have been brought back to their original luster. With every possible luxury and amenity included, the Delaney can accommodate up to six people. A wrap around porch surrounds the front of the house and there is a private parking for the occupants.
