DELANEY HOUSE
This beautiful home was completely restored during the spring of 2001 and features 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, a living room with large screen TV/VCR, CD player, queen size sleeper sofa and comfortable seating. The baths are marble with either Jacuzzi tub or body spray shower. There is also a formal dining room and a gourmet kitchen with French doors that lead to huge backyard deck with barbeque grill. Built out of historic Dade county pine by ship's carpenters, the rich wood floors and walls have been brought back to their original luster. With every possible luxury and amenity included, the Delaney can accommodate up to six people. A wrap around porch surrounds the front of the house and there is a private parking for the occupants.

December 21 - April 30: Rates begin at $169.00 per night for standard deluxe rooms to $269.00 per night for one bedroom suites. Our one bedroom condominiums are $299.00 per night, while our two bedroom condominiums are $359.00 nightly.
